A very short film about my 外公’s Chinese short ribs (排骨) that he would always cook—especially for me (his words, not mine :))—when my family visited the USA every summer after a very long and arduous journey.

Set during the Regency era, Alicia flees from her long time best friend Matilda's engagement dinner after murdering her fiancé. Intercut with flashbacks, Matilda confronts Alicia on her actions. Is their friendship strong enough to move past this transgression?
